To prepare for your move-in, we will paint and clean the home. Additionally, the carpet will undergo cleaning, and a maintenance inspection will be conducted before your move-in date.
Yes! There is a Maintenance Tech on site, plus an on-site Caretaker.
If you need a repair, you can go on the Resident portal or call/email/text the leasing office.
We aim for same-day repairs when feasible via our Maintenance Tech, and also have vendors on-call for repairs.
No, only if the resident prefers to be present. Repairs are during business hours.
There is an on-call emergency service charge of $250 lock-out fee (after-hours). If, during office hours, the leasing office can provide access at no charge
There are no restrictions on wall hanging. Note: Excessive patchwork needed at move-out may incur a painting charge.

Yes! We allow up to two (2) pets per home.
There is a $300 non-refundable fee per cat and a $350 non-refundable fee per dog. Monthly dog rent is $50 per month per dog, monthly cat rent is $25 per month per cat.
There are breed and weight restrictions: dogs up to 80 lbs. Please call for more details.

There will be a new deposit required for the new apartment and the previous deposit will be refunded per the policy within 21 days.
